The drivers that you need from ASUS site are in the 'Others' category.

Working through adding the drivers to a clean install, of course when you cannot find something, it is the last place you look. Here, it was near the bottom of the list too.

just came across this

I guess it didn't have the drivers listed down coz the X553m doesn't have a touch screen. I use a Asus X553m and it isn't a touchscreen laptop.
