► Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

Security is paramount

I had a security breach a few years ago where all my savings were transferred into my current account ready to be withdrawn, unfortunately for them they didn’t get it as the security we did have saved us, just. I immediately upped my security on my devices and now feel totally safe knowing lookout premium is operating in the background keeping me safe. Top app for a very low price highly recommend

Why oh why is it so hard to find and when you do like I am for the past hour or so. Is it I’ve had so much trouble to get in touch with you guys highly frustrating!! A simple question even when I have taken up the premium package too. I want to include a 3rd device to my allotted 5 and can’t get it to work on my 5s phone. Why? Maybe writing this someone from the company will get in touch. Done the usual thing like logging into my account to add a device and looking for the already a member etc. No nothing! I think the app is useful but to contact developer or admin is absolutely terrible! Remember your nothing without your clients and to not make yourselves readily available for good or bad is not acceptable.

Lookout Premium

Feb 8th 2018 This app continues to switch from the premium version to the basic version even though the premium version has been purchased and Lookout’s web site confirms this. It appears to be an ad hoc event. The basic version is presented on the screen most of the time. Yesterday, for one day, the premium version was screened.
Please would the developer acknowledge this report. Please would the developer explain what’s happening and propose a solution. It’s probably the same problem flagged on Jan 24th. Still waiting for a response to that report as below.
If you don’t know, please just say so. If you are not interested, please just say so. Then at least I’ll know where I stand.

History repeat.
The, “Premium Lookout” security application has gone again to be replaced with its 2nd cousin, “Basic”.
This has happened at least four times in the last couple of months.
Although the developer has been made aware of this problem it hasn’t yet proposed a potential solution.
It’s ironic that the basic version of the app. portrays a banner with a tick claiming, “Everything is OK”
Apart from the clear lack of customer service, it does leave you seriously thinking what real security is offered by this product.
Please contact me to offer product support or a refund for the cost involved.
