Intel graphics media accelerator incompatable with windows 10 ‎ 07:45 AM My problem was the same, because of the GMA drivers missing my elitepad didnt want to upgrade, but the drivers are in fact compatible, so by using the instructions i pasted, you can force the upgrade of the elitepad. The Intel GMA 3600 graphic chip has had issues running Windows 10 but with some tweaking you can make things work using the old Windows 7 driver. The package provides the installation files for Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (Graphics Adapter WDDM1.2) Driver version 9.14.3.1177. If the driver is already installed on your system, updating (overwrite-installing) may fix various issues, add new functions, or just upgrade to the available version.

Windows 10

I have a HP mini 210-1000 laptop that is currently running windows 7 with SP1 with no problems. According to the 'Get Windows 10' program I cannot upgrade to windows 10 as the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150 has a compatibility issue. Does anyone know if there are updated drivers?

Important Note:

These new drivers labeled as Windows DCH graphics drivers are not backward compatible with our previous graphics drivers that we're now labeling Legacy. This means if later you want to revert to a Legacy driver you will need to uninstall the driver via Windows Apps and Features and reboot the system before installing a Legacy driver. Failure to do so may result in minor to catastrophic issues on your system as well as system instability.

DO NOT use the INF / Have-Disk method to install or uninstall this driver as it bypasses the Intel installer designed to install these new drivers, thereby possibly resulting in minor to major system instability. For this reason, we're not providing the ZIP file for the next several driver releases while users transition to this new Microsoft driver platform.
